Advice For Dancers About Keeping Your Feet Strong At Home

Hi babies. I know we are all quarantined at home, but that is okay!! No worries. We are going to be doing some DIY arch exercises to maintain your beautiful dance feet. We are doing foot stretches, foot strengthening phrases, and using an arch stretcher. Do your best to get a theraband too!! I am happy to help you through this strange time by giving you at home dance exercises so you don't lose any progress you have made :) DIY modifications below!! If you don't have a theraband.. try using a stretchy long sleeve shirt (maybe a long sleeve leotard) If you don't have an arch stretcher.. try using having someone push the tops of your feet down toward the ground when you are pointing and hold for 30 second increments (should feel a stretch, not pain) If you don't have a tennis ball.. try using a baking rolling pin (wash very well after, ha!)
