    - Encourage your child to count objects in your home by twos. For example, count pairs of shoes, socks, or toys. - Play a game where you ask your child to skip count by twos. For instance, you can ask "What comes after 2? What comes after 4?" and so on. - Watch the video again and have your child practice counting by twos along with it. - Use a physical activity to reinforce counting by twos. Have your child take two steps forward and then count aloud by twos.

    GAME: Shoe Shuffle INSTRUCTIONS: Gather pairs of shoes and place them in a line. Ask your child to count them by twos, starting from two. When they reach the end, shuffle the shoes and ask them to count by twos again. Keep repeating, gradually increasing the number of shoes, until they can count by twos confidently.
