These daily stretches are great for dancers preparing for pointe shoes because foot and ankle strength are essential to pointe work. We start off with pointing and flexing, work our way to "barbie foot" flexibility progression, move into foot stretches, then into calf raises, treads, and end with pressing over your arch to give the foot an intense stretch.
