Whilst at the Manchester Science Festival I got the amazing opportunity to go behind the scenes at The Manchester Museum Vivarium and meet some of the most critically endangered frogs. The Vivarium and its staff play a pioneering role in protecting critically endangered species. The Museum help to carry out essential work in Europe and Costa Rica and have established a captive breeding programme in an effort to save one very rare amphibian - the Lemur Leaf Frog!
