How to Dye Easter Eggs with Food Colouring

Easter is around the corner and we are colouring our Easter eggs. Learn how to colour eggs for Easter with only using ingredients that you will find at home. All you need is water, a bit of vinegar and food colouring. And don't forget the eggs! (hard boiled eggs). Add boiling water to a dish, then add vinegar (for every half cup of water you need one tea spoon of vinegar). We have used one cup of water with two tea spoons of vinegar. Vinegar is that magic ingredient that makes the colour stick to the egg. Dip the eggs in the mixture and leave them for 5 minutes. Put the eggs on a rack to dry when you take them out. And there you go - coloured Easter eggs in a matter of minutes! This is a great activity to do with children for Easter. We hope you will enjoy this little experiment as much as we did:)
