Today we are working on a stretch routine for side splits, meaning your right and left splits. We start with a cardio warm up and then move into stretches for flexibility. Hamstring flexibility and hip flexibility are super important in getting your side splits, so make sure to follow along this stretch class everyday to improve your mobility in those areas.
