Stretches For Hip Flexibility

Hello my loves! Welcome back to FLEXIBILITY FRIDAY. Yay! This stretch routine is focused on hip flexibility. Follow along as I demonstrate a warm up and stretches that will open your hips up, improve turn out, and make it much easier to get your splits. We'll work through deep squats, lunges, pigeon pose, frog, and more. Add all of these stretching exercises to your flexibility training and you'll have mobile hips in no time. Remember, your flexibility journey is totally up to you- practice consistency, proper alignment, rest, and patience. Whether you're a self-taught dancer, a competitive dancer, or even a gymnast or yogi, stretching is a great way to move your body, release built up tension, and connect with yourself.
