The Science of Seeing - Part 2

The Science of Seeing - Part 2

Part 2 of a 2-part series, students will continue to learn that light reflecting from objects and entering the eye allows objects to be seen. This animated sequel expands on the original experiment set out in Part 1. Students will make a comparison of two variations of the same scene - one in its original colourway and the other in a darker colourway. They will understand through observing the experiment that the colour and brightness of objects affect their visibility due to the amount of light they absorb and reflect. The video goes on to teach how the surface and texture of objects play a part in their visibility.
