- After watching the video, have a conversation with your child about different emotions and ask them to act out different emotions for you to guess. - Encourage your child to make funny faces and try to guess the emotion they are portraying. - Discuss with your child the physical reactions that happen when they feel angry, such as clenching teeth, stomach hurting, and breathing fast. - Teach your child calming techniques like taking deep breaths or counting to 10 slowly when feeling angry or upset.

GAME: Emotion Charades Instructions: Take turns with your child acting out different emotions without using any words. The other person has to guess the emotion being portrayed. Use facial expressions, body language, and gestures to convey the emotions. This game helps children understand and recognize different emotions.
