Tips for Parents

  • Here's how to talk to your child about it

You learned animals and what they do: cow eats, lion sleeps, frog jumps, elephant bathes, dog plays, horse runs, fish swims, bird flies.

  • Some activities you can do with your child now

    - Act out animal movements with your child, like jumping, running, and swimming, just like the animals in the video. - Encourage your child to make animal sounds while they pretend to be each animal, for example, "Woof woof" for the dog. - Ask your child to name other actions the animals can do, like roaring for the lion or chirping for the bird. - Create a mini story with your child using the animals and actions from the video, like "The lion roared loudly while the bird flew high in the sky."

  • Pretend play with your child

GAME: "Animal Actions Race" INSTRUCTIONS: You can play by calling out an animal and a matching action from the video. For example, "Lion sleeping!" then you and your child act out the lion sleeping. Keep going for each animal and action, creating a fun and active game together.

  • 1 take away from the video for your child

Be like the animals in the video, learn from their actions. Each animal has its own unique way of living and being.
