After spending the morning pretending to build a skyscraper, the children decide to go on a hike to Inis Spraoi’s oldest building, the mound at Two-Knocks. It’s the perfect place to play pretend. They imagine they’re cowboys and Two-Knocks is the Sheriff’s office, but Ciaran doesn’t understand the game. Puffin Patricia arrives and tries to turn the make-believe game into a clam-collecting expedition, but when Ciaran finally learns how to pretend, she’s left to find her own dinner.
