It’s too rainy to play outside and Sean’s not impressed – he hates getting wet, and he can’t go on the seesaw with Ciaran. Together the group head down to the dock, to find out if Hermie Crabnik prefers the sun or the rain. Hermie sings Sean a cheerful song his mother used to sing him about how lovely the rain is. After talking to Emmet Frog and Gobnait Oak Tree, Sean starts to see that lots of people like the rain because it helps things grow. And even better - it makes puddles, which are great fun to play in.
