-Go on a walk around the neighborhood and look for different types of transportation. Take pictures of the different forms of transportation with your child and make a Transportation Scrapbook. -Build a model car or train out of recycled materials, such as cardboard, paper, bottle caps, and glue. -Play an interactive game of Matching Transportation. Make pairs of cards with the name of each type of transportation and its picture. See who can complete the pairs first. -Write a story together about your child’s journey on a car/train/airplane or ship and what they see along the way.
